Wound Dressing & Cleaning in Phuket
Proper wound care is the key to faster healing and preventing infection. Our team specializes in wound care, using modern techniques and dressing materials suited to each wound type, with the wound assessed at every visit so treatment adapts as it heals.
Wounds we treat
- Fresh wounds and road rash from motorbike accidents, falls, and cuts — cleaned and dressed properly from the first visit to reduce infection risk and scarring
- Post-surgery wounds — continue your dressing changes near home instead of traveling back to the hospital, following your surgeon’s instructions
- Diabetic, chronic, and pressure wounds — slow-healing wounds that need regular care and the right dressing choice; we assess and plan care together with the patient and family
- Burns and scalds — depth assessed and dressed with materials that reduce pain at dressing changes
- Suture removal — stitches removed on schedule, with the wound checked first every time
When to come in
If a wound is painful, swollen, red, warm, oozing, smelly, or you have a fever, those are signs of infection — come in promptly. The same goes for wounds not improving within 2–3 days, deep wounds, animal bites, or any wound in a person with diabetes. These should not be watched at home.
Doctor Consultations
Examination and treatment by a doctor for common illnesses: fever, cough, sore throat, colds and flu, traveler’s diarrhea, food poisoning, headaches, dizziness, rashes and skin conditions, and muscle aches — with medication dispensed and clearly explained.
The advantage of a local clinic: no long hospital queues for conditions that need a doctor but not an emergency room. If your condition does need hospital care, we will advise you and help coordinate an appropriate referral.
Vaccinations in Kathu, Phuket
We provide a wide range of adult vaccinations. The most commonly requested:
- Tetanus — for fresh wounds, puncture wounds, or when your booster is due
- Rabies — after dog, cat, or other mammal bites and scratches. Start as soon as possible after exposure and complete every dose on schedule
- Influenza (flu) — recommended yearly, especially for older adults and people with chronic conditions
- HPV (cervical cancer prevention) — recommended for both women and men, 2–3 doses depending on age. This vaccine may need to be pre-ordered — please contact us before your visit
Many other vaccines are available. Some rare or higher-cost vaccines may require pre-ordering, so please call or message us first to confirm availability.
STD/STI Testing — Confidential
Confidential STD screening, examined by a doctor in a private, judgment-free setting. Tests available include:

Samples are processed by accredited laboratory. The right time to test after a risk exposure depends on the infection — message us privately and we’ll advise. If a result is positive, the doctor will provide appropriate treatment and guidance. All patient information is kept strictly confidential.
Blood Tests & Health Checks
All blood tests are available — from annual health checks, blood sugar and diabetes monitoring, cholesterol, and liver and kidney function, to specialized panels — processed by the accredited laboratory for accurate, reliable results.
Some tests, such as blood sugar and cholesterol, require fasting beforehand. Message or call us in advance so you know how to prepare and only need one trip.

Health check and medical certificate issued the same day, for:
